DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
No, we do not make any custom orders.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship UPS Ground to the continental U.S which usually takes anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. We use UPS to ensure delivery. If you prefer faster delivery, please send us a quick note to info@boxingkitten.com with your order number and we can accommodate your request.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide via USPS Express for all international orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
If you do not receive a tracking number automatically, please feel free to contact us at info@boxingkitten.com and we would be happy to email your tracking number to you upon request.

WHAT ABOUT THE FABRIC?
All products are originally made. Each piece of fabric is dyed using a particular batik process that makes the textile unique. Therefore, any inconsistencies in the fabric coloration or print should be regarded as one of a kind and not defective.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do NOT accept returns or refunds. We accept exchanges for merchandise based on inventory availability only. Customers will have to pay additional shipping costs. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Make sure you order your proper size. ALL dresses run true to size. In the jumper if you are larger on the bottom we recommend going a size up and the same with the Kitt shorts. We run sizes 2-12 although not all styles will be available in that size run But please refer to the size chart above or feel free to contact us with any sizing questions. All garments are 100% cotton, so there is some give but no stretch.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

CAN I ORDER SOMETHING I SEE IN A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Although most items listed are part of a limited run, sometimes we can accommodate different sizing. Just send us an e-mail at info@boxingkitten.com, and we will let you know about availability.
