Oversized traditional work jacket, in vibrant prints and colors. Each Jacket is a unique and one of a kind piece due to the nature of the fabric weaving. This piece is made from west African Indigo mudcloth fabric which is hand dyed. Please note that while treated this dye can rub off on items. This jacket is fully lined in cotton to prevent and indigo from transfering. This also has handstiched thread detail on the back.  Any imperfections are a part of the process. Combined with a stretch denim fabric and cotton Akara trim. Can be worn as a jacket or shirt, overshirt, or shacket. DRY CLEAN ONLY

Bolden began working as a domestic worker at the age of nine. She would eventually utilize her past experiences to form the Domestic Worker's Union in Atlanta Georgia
